We’re hiring a **barista with range** to join our brand-new team at **Daily Wei** — a modern Asian-inspired café-restaurant brewing top-tier coffee and dishing out fresh, fast bites in the heart of Wetherill Park. Currently in the setup phase with renovations underway — opening soon. Estimated start date July.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Playing an active role in opening the café**: Helping with daily opening and closing procedures
- Assisting in initial café setup, test runs, and workflow refinement
- Offering feedback on menu rollout, service flow, and equipment use
- Being part of building the Daily Wei vibe and culture from day one
- Crafting espresso-based drinks with speed, precision, and consistency
- Dialling in daily and keeping extractions clean and tight
- Providing warm, professional customer service — always
- Able to assist in daily wei food serving
- Handling orders at the **POS**, taking and packing to-go orders
- Supporting the front-of-house team during the morning rush
- Maintaining a clean, efficient workstation and contributing to team flow

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years’ barista experience in a busy café or hospitality venue
- Confident with commercial coffee machines (La Marzocco, Synesso, etc.)
- Comfortable with **light kitchen tasks and basic food prep**:

- Solid customer service and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, team-first mindset
- **Morning and weekend availability** essential (6:00 AM start)
