Our Restaurant Waiter, Kitchen hand Attendants are responsible for delivering friendly and efficient food service to Village residents according to Lendlease’s Food Standards and providing kitchen and food preparation support to the Kitchen Staff.

To be successful, you must demonstrate the following:

- Experience as a waiter or worked as a kitchen Hand
- Sound hospitality experience, including experience as a Barista and Server.
- Demonstrated understanding of OH&S requirements.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, as well as maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, preferably with experience regularly dealing with Seniors.
- Current Driver’s License

In return, you will be offered an hourly rate and opportunities to progress your career within Lendlease.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
