We have an exciting opportunity for **Customer Service Officer** to join our company on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Group Service Manager you will be contributing to the success of the business by providing frontline support to our customers.

**About the role**:

- Provides first level technical support to customers or redirects to the appropriate technical staff.
- Enters daily orders in an accurate and timely manner into the ERP (EPICOR).
- Actively involved in resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Processes credit claims for retailers and enter RMAs into the ERP
- Assists customers/dealers and end users with courier tracking and consignment queries.
- Liaises with the warehouse, supply chain and product managers in relation to stock availability.
- Completes stock transfers in ERP to ensure maximum stock availability.
- Undertakes training in accordance with development and compliance programs.
- Provide order, RMA and delivery status
- Provide Price and Availability

**About you**:

- High School Certificate
- 2 years of practical experience in Customer Service
- added advantage
- Outbound sales experience is an advantage.
- Experience in EPICOR is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and get along with work colleagues.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using MS office products and ERPs.
