As a Customer Engagement Officer in our Seniors Communities, you'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families navigating aged care. You'll build genuine trust, demystify the process, and connect them to tailored support -from initial My Aged Care enquiries to seamless consultations.

Your opportunity

Based at Winston Hills

This is a client-focused role where you'll combine relationship-building, sales intake, and lead management to connect people with the care they need.

With care and professionalism, you will:

  • Establish trust with prospective clients and their representatives

  • Provide clear advice and guidance on aged care services, including My Aged Care processes

  • Showcase Anglicare's point of difference, tailoring recommendations to client needs

  • Manage referrals and leads via ARK, provider portals, and other channels

  • Support clients through the transition from CHSP to HCP & Support at Home Program.

  • Ensure the client journey from intake to consultation is seamless, empathetic and professional

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external health professionals

What you'll bring

You're compassionate, customer-focused, and thrive in a role where you can guide people through important life decisions.

You will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in aged care or community services

  • Knowledge of government-subsidised aged care services

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to build trust, showcase services, and manage expectations
