**Primary Purpose of Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the VIC Team, within the Sales functionality. This role drives membership sales, and cultivates & supports existing member growth. You’ll work toward the common goal of achieving sales targets and while managing in a cohesive and friendly team environment.

This role plays a crucial role in supporting our member journey - assisting them to build social and business connections that fuel collaboration, innovation to allow them to succeed. We have a natural sales approach which is solution focused and supports our members.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The main duties of the role include but are not limited to the below:
**Team Leadership and Performance**:

- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the VIC Sales Team; support Community Team to meet their KPIs for consistent high performance
- Foster genuine collaboration, team spirit, and negotiate positive outcomes with external parties
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels for VIC Sales Team and, where applicable, the VIC Community Team
- Manage team leave and cover tours when Community Managers are absent
- Implement performance management processes, if required, to enhance team effectiveness and individual growth
- Review Salesforce data, shadow tours, and provide feedback when appropriate

**Sales and Strategy**:

- Drive the state sales strategy; contribute actively to ideation under the guidance of the National Sales Manager
- Conduct tours in the natural, organic, Commons tone
- Conduct regular catch-ups with larger member stakeholders, agents, and other sales networks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all locations, product offerings within the State portfolio, and industry trends
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor and report on revenue, member movement, sales budget, site occupancy, and terminations
- Understand and effectively convey the terms and conditions of membership agreements

**Relationship Management**:

- Work collaboratively with National Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager - Victoria, and Community Managers to ensure occupancy targets are met
- Nurture members throughout their lifecycle: pre-move-in, onboarding, tenure, and termination
- Attend and represent at The Commons community events and external networking events
- Communicate member issues with Operations Team and devise strategies to enhance customer experience
- Provide effective communication of feedback, data insights, and outcomes from internal meetings and training sessions

ABOUT YOU
- 2 + Years experience in a similar role
- Proven consistent achievement of monthly and yearly targets
- Proactively roster self and cover tours when required
- Ability to work full-time in office & travel to different locations
- Achieve the retention target for each quarter
- Consistently strive for and meet target revenue occupancy across the state
