Food & Beverage Attendant / Bar Attendants

**The Role**

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini - showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

The Food & Beverage Attendants provide service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge, by:

- Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables
- Provide and explain menu items
- Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team
- Take guest food and beverage orders

Part-time and casual roles available. Availability for shifts on Monday to Thursday (including at least one weekend day) and nights nights is a must.

**We will**provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

**About You**
- You have an RSA certificate
- You have experience in a similar environment
- You have a passion for food and drinks

You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable, reliable and responsible
