The Cups Estate is a busy Vineyard Restaurant with a focus on quality food, wine and exceptional service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly and talented team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain a high level of customer service.

Experience in a highly regarded restaurant, in a senior role is preferred.

4 to 5 days per week including weekends. Days Only.

Tasks will include:

- Opening & Closing of Restaurant
- Leading the team and running a service
- Handling customer enquiries & bookings
- Ensuring procedures are in place and being followed

You must have:

- Experience in hospitality/table service
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent cleanliness & organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- A positive attitude and drive to learn new skills
- Strong work ethic
- An understanding and love for good food and wine

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
