If you have just finished school and are looking for a role to get your foot in the door, we are looking for a junior receptionist to join our team.

No experience is needed as this is an entry-level role. Initially you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures and instructions.

**Your role**:

- Front of house and general office maintenance (ensuring it is kept neat and tidy)
- Greeting clients, answering phones and maintaining meeting rooms
- Maintaining and updating company databases
- Printing, scanning and filing documents (both physical and electronic)
- Managing office supplies, stock and placing orders
- Assisting with WHS administration
- Other general office tasks as required
