We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Receptionist /Assistant Property Manager to join a professional, multi award winning agency in the inner city with car parking

Due to an exciting promotion, our clients are looking for their next superstar receptionist / Junior Property Manager who wants to learn from some of the best in the industry.

**Key Duties**:

- Greeting Clients in Reception
- Junior Property Management duties
- Answering Phones
- Administration Database
- Advertising Rental Properties
- Assisting the Property Manager with administration duties
- Processing Rental Applications
- Typing Property Inspection reports

**The essentials needed**:

- Real Estate experience is preferable but if not and you have a real estate certificate you will be considered
- A current real estate certificate or license
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Computer, Organisation & Administration Skills
