**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Investments team, with flexibility to be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

As a Team Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). The role also provides administrative support to Heads of in the Australian Retirement Trust Investment team as required.

This role is available as a **3 month max-term/ secondment opportunity**.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a superannuation fund or other financial institution.
- Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Business school or other relevant office administration knowledge / qualifications.
- Organisational skills, ability to always think clearly and calmly.
- A strong ability to prioritise tasks and a willingness to seek timely guidance/clarification when required.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to identify critical issues quickly.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Successful experience in a support role.
