**About The Role**

We expect our staff to:

- Provide quality supports to meet our clients' individual needs.
- Complete accurate and honest reporting, in daily shift reporting, incident and behaviour reporting.
- Provide personal, domestic and community assistance to our clients, including driving, walking and supporting clients to shop, attend appointments and participate in activities.
- Work as a team, with a strong focus on working towards client goals.
- Understand and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans and associated behaviour reporting, depending on the client.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace, for clients and staff.

**About You**

You do not need to have any previous experience or qualifications in Disability or Care/Health, as training will be provided, but any skills, knowledge or qualifications will be recognised.

You will need:

- Right to Work in Australia (Vevo Check must be provided)
- Australian Driver's license
- Own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Completion certificate for NDIS Worker Orientation
- Completion certificate for Infection Control Training
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Criminal History Check (less than 12 months old)

**Salary**: $30.61 - $41.53 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
