We’re looking for someone to help our client, who lives in Wacol, to access his community. Someone who knows about First Nations culture would be perfect. Someone who can help him get out and about. Is that someone you?
**How you will help**
- Use your mental health and disability experience to support our client
- Help this client achieve his personal goals
- Run activities that build his independence
- Celebrate his successes
- Organise activities using community resources that the client chooses
- Help with household jobs like cleaning, laundry, and cooking
- Arrange and assist with his medical appointments

- Experience as a Support Worker
- Open Drivers Licence
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Blue Card
