Ablepoint Australia provides an exceptional level of service to NDIS participants and we are seeking fun-loving individuals to join our team and be involved in our community of NDIS participants and to assist them in thriving to achieve their goals.

**What’s The Role?**

You will be in charge of making participant and staff rosters using our technology, ShiftCare, as a Rostering Officer at Ablepoint Australia in our office. Your objective will be to properly match our vast workforce of support workers' talents to our expanding participant base. Your success will enable Ablepoint Australia to grow even more, and more crucially, it will guarantee that individuals with disabilities in our community continue to get help.
- **Recruiting Staff**:Appoint better staff to get more output
- **Staff Matching**: Aligning the support worker's abilities with the participants' needs
- **Rostering**: Forward rostering, workforce planning and reactive rostering are all forms of rostering.
- **Communicating**: Communicate with participants and staff regarding shifts and care requirements.
- **Review**: Examine the shift notes and timesheets.

**Who are we trying to find?**
- Having knowledge of building rosters for community supports in the aged care or NDIS sectors
- Incredible communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities
- Understanding of SCHADS award and NDIS
- Capable of adjusting to changing priorities in a fast-paced role
- High proficiency with computers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $59.00 per hour

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
