Tip Top is currently seeking 2 Distribution Supervisors to be based at our Tip Top Chullora Site. There is 1 vacancy for day shift and 1 vacancy for night shift. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, this is a dynamic and hands on role that is responsible for leading shift activities within distribution.

Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the Distribution Supervisor Position is to ensure all trucks leave on time, managing performance of drivers and distributors, complying with all health and safety requirements, and working in accordance with the company quality system.
- Demonstrate constructive leadership and coaching ability with other members in the team and distributors who operate in our network
- Create an environment that encourages personal growth and development opportunities
- Leading your team to comply with all Company and Legislative HSE policies and procedures
- Fosters an environment and culture where safety is a leading value and critical in all activities
- Maintain performance and improve labour cost management as per KPI's which include drivers and distributors

About You
- Experience working within an FMCG space within a similar role
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
