**About the role**
- Delivering projects and initiatives aligned with the Consumer portfolio’s strategic plan, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure outcomes support financial, growth, and customer retention objectives across business units.
- Assisting in delivering the portfolio marketing strategy, including campaign planning, data analysis, website content, and media execution to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting product, system, and business changes, ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful implementation.
- Coordinating cross-functional working groups and managing initiative delivery, including documenting requirements, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring full compliance and usability.
- Providing regular performance reporting and insights to support the ongoing optimisation of business targets and identify opportunities for service and product enhancement.
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in financial services and fast-paced sales environments, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets, and the ability to navigate ambiguity as a self-starter who drives progress and gets things done.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently to various audiences.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking ability, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and informing sound business decisions.
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams, influencing stakeholders to achieve shared goals and drive positive outcomes.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in business systems and tools, including databases, data reporting platforms, and presentation software.
