**Job Description**:
We have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Digital Channel Specialist to join our Group Life & Investments business for initially a **12 month fixed term contract** to assist with a project.
Working within our Marketing, Communications & Propositions Development team, you will be responsible for supporting the technical delivery of activities across all owned digital channels, including web, eDM, CMS and e-learning. Working with the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will support campaign set-up, change execution and reporting on all digital channel activities, providing insights on best-practice approaches and making recommendations to optimise marketing activities.
Your duties will include:
**Digital channel development & management**
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Group Marketing digital strategy across multiple platforms.
- Responsible for working with internal stakeholders and fund partners to deliver a superior digital partner experience.
- Management of marketing owned platforms and working with IT resources to deliver desired outputs.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of work and priorities.
- Execute communications developed by the Marcomms team, across digital platforms.
- Assist with the development and management of the insurance learning platform (Insurance Academy)
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and implement best practice.
**Website optimisation & BAU platform management**
- Continually optimise the user experience of the TAL partner website experience
- Trouble-shooting and ensuring performance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- CMS management - Sitecore
- LMS management - Cornerstone
- CRM management - Microsoft Dynamics
**Reporting and analysis**
- Manage a regular digital reporting framework, preparing dashboards for circulation.
- Deep dive into web analytics and user experience regularly, analyse the opportunities and propose and deliver improvements.
- Working with developers to ensure tracking and tagging is working correctly
- Analytics - Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in a digital/website management role, Financial Services experience is preferred
- Relevant tertiary qualification in technology, digital marketing or similar
- Previously worked on B2B or B2C with experience in managing agencies
- Sound CMS experience, working with digital analytics such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and at least basic HTML knowledge
- Exposure to agile methodology and tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana or Rally)
- Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments including proven successful collaboration with internal IT Teams on projects
- Strong understanding of digital technology, and understand data and how to extract insights
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrates ownership and thrives on accountability
- Highly organised and proficient at stakeholder management
- Ability to think strategically and execute in detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude
