**What qualification?**

A Certificate III in Business to be precise Throughout your 12 months as a NextGen trainee you will complete online modules along with learning on-the-job. Your new employer will give you dedicated time to complete your studies while you’re at work - no TAFE, no homework

**A day in the life of a Business Trainee**
- Coordinate meetings, take bookings and organising catering
- Handling ingoing and outgoing mail
- Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally providing amazing customer service

We hire for many roles so each opportunity has a unique set of duties We will discuss opportunities with you that may be best aligned with your skills and career interests.

**About you**
- Previous experience in a customer service or people-facing role is advantageous, but not essential
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and follow instruction
