Data Migration Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Migration Lead to join our team

This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality data solutions, driving data governance initiatives, and leading technical teams to success. The ability to understand both high-level strategic goals and low-level technical details makes this position an invaluable asset to the Data & AI team.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, problem-solving, and deploying Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics & Data Migration solutions across various industry sectors for the Data & AI practice. Practical experience in the use of AI tools to aid data migration activities would be an advantage.

This role excels in complex data environments at different stages of maturity, leveraging a broad range of technologies to deliver strategic and technical solutions. The position also requires the management of a small team of Business intelligence/migration data experts, building relationships with partners to understand their data quality, data management & AI offerings, and contributing data migration expertise to sales material, RFIs and tenders for DXC.

- ** Data Warehousing/Architecture**: Proficient in data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- ** Data Modelling**: Skilled in creating logical and physical data models.
- ** Business Intelligence & Analytics**: Extensive experience with BI tools and analytics platforms.
