A large healthcare organisatsion based in Melbourne is looking to make a key hire for its Data team. This role is with a not-for-profit organisatsion that does incredible work in communities all over Australia.

This organisaiton has grown rapidly in recent years and is going through a large transformation. This role is a Data Migration Specialist/Lead position.

**Technical skills desried**:
5 years working on Data Migrations, ideally large-scale Data Migration projects
Experience shaping and executing Data Migration plans
In-depth understanding of ETL analysis methodologies, with the ability to select the right tools and methodologies for a given task.
Strong understanding and demonstrated experience within the System Development Lifecycle delivering new systems and IT capability to internal business units.
Experience in project/program management within established structures with the ability to work to tight deadlines and competing priorities.

**Work environment** - 1 Day in the office, 4 days WFH
**Salary** - $130k-$143k Package + Non-for-profit salary packaging benefits
