**All about the role**:
As a strategic priority for growth, this role is integral to the Retail & DaaS team and plays a crucial part in achieving business objectives and capitalising on growth opportunities by developing partnerships with enterprise clients.

**In this role, we're counting on you to**:
- ** Develop Enterprise Partnerships**: Manage your sales pipeline, lead the business development cycle, and build strong relationships with decision-makers to position MenulogGo as the go-to logistics solution for eCommerce delivery. Negotiate and finalize favorable agreements with commercial and operational terms.
- ** Partner Needs Assessment & Service Evolution**: Conduct discovery sessions with prospective partners to understand their needs. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to evolve MenulogGo’s offerings to meet these needs more effectively than competitors.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with various internal teams, including Product, Tech, Sales Operations, and others, to align and streamline processes for efficient execution of MenulogGo initiatives, ensuring optimal sales cycle performance.
**Can you deliver**:
Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within eCommerce or last-mile delivery.
- Proven success in developing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and closing deals.
- Expertise in market research and identifying growth opportunities.
- Skilled in implementing data-driven sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with decision-makers.
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery services and technology, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in product and technology.
- Understanding of API integrations for seamless implementation.
- Strong analytical skills to identify partner challenges and propose solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Adapt to changing market conditions with resilience and flexibility
