About This Role:
  • This strategic partnership position involves developing frameworks for successful partnerships, including service level agreements and customer reviews.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the integration of sustainable growth initiatives with partners' core business strategies.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying and driving strategic partnership activities beyond distribution, as well as maintaining an intimate understanding of partner capabilities and ensuring delivery of aligned partner / IAG goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in developing and managing high-value partnerships is required.
  • Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen and have experience managing intermediated distribution of consumer products.
  • Senior leadership, coaching and development of people are also essential skills for this role.
  • Tertiary qualification/s in Commerce, Marketing or related fields is a plus.

A successful partnership manager will need to maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive business outcomes through effective partnership management.
