**Event Coordinator - 3 months cover - with the opportunity to move to Full Time**

Key activities include account management, business development, market research, sales prospecting, public relations, customer relationship management, event planning and coordination, logistics oversight, revenue management, and communications. They also prepare proposals for clients and maintain well-organized event records.

**Main Duties**:

- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
- Handling logistics
- Coordinate all operations
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
- You will have held a similar supervisory position
- Must have knowledge of Event Pro - or similar.
- Proven skills and understanding on how to execute catering for events
- A high level of commercial and financial acumen
- A passion for hospitality, leading from the front and developing relationships across all levels of the business
