**Event Supervisor | Visa Welcome**

Event coordinators are responsible for executing a wide range of events—from weddings to corporate conferences, from concerts to charity fundraisers. They work closely the Event'sco-ordinators and all sorts of vendors and service providers (e.g., caterers, florists, musicians) to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of the event.

**Main Duties**:
Event supervisors typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Ensuring that all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures, company policies, and industry regulations
- Working with event planners to ensure that all logístical details are taken care of before an event begins
- Overseeing the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including stages and seating areas
- Interacting with clients to coordinate event details such as catering or entertainment
- Ensuring that all attendees have been admitted to an event by scanning tickets or checking IDs against a list of registered guests
- Supervising event staff such as coordinators, ushers, security personnel, ticket takers, and other team members as needed
- Coordinating with caterers, florists, musicians, DJs, entertainers, and other vendors to ensure that they arrive on time and have what they need to perform their jobs effectively
- You will have held a similar supervisory position
- Must have knowledge of Event Pro - or similar.
- Proven skills and understanding on how to execute catering for events
- Availability throughout the weekdays and weekened
- A passion for hospitality, leading from the front and developing relationships across all levels of the business
