**What we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our fun and dynamic team

This is a unique opportunity for someone with superb interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, looking to progress their career working with a reputable industry leader.

**Your new role**:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the day to day customer relationship by being the first point of contact for the clients and suppliers, providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Implementing marketing campaigns.
- Assisting the accounts managers with major key enquiries and quotations.
- Assisting in providing customer feedback.
- Following up on quotes as required to realise the sales budget and strategic objectives of the branch in compliance with the company policies.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Prestons, Sydney.

Work hours are regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

**To be successful in this role**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
- Understanding of business operations, quoting, tendering and order placement and fulfilment.
- You’re a driven and passionate professional with experience in a sales or customer-facing roles - retail applicants welcome
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form and develop relationships with both your peers and customers.
- Client focused and solutions driven; someone who enjoys the thrill of consulting, problem solving and helping others.
- Multitasking skills and thrives under pressure within a fast-paced professional team environment - where a sense of urgency matters.
- Experience in qualifying sales opportunities to best understand the needs of the customer / project.
- You can demonstrate leadership experience and can contribute to the culture of a high performing team.
- Willingness to learn and embrace something new.
