**Position Overview**:

- Engage in the company’s strategic planning activities and assist in shaping administrative and marketing guidelines that align with business goals.
- Design, develop, and implement advertising initiatives aimed at boosting sales within engineering-related projects.
- Manage the end-to-end production process of marketing campaigns, including creative design, copywriting, video production, and media buying, ensuring projects stay within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Facilitate the rollout of marketing strategies across individual projects and the organization’s brand
- Collaborate cross-functionally marketing and other departments to maintain unified and impactful promotional efforts.
- Track and assess key metrics to measure the success of administrative and commercial initiatives.
- Generate comprehensive monthly reports detailing marketing activities and sales results, incorporating data analysis.
- Coordinate corporate brand análisis
- Standardize the company’s internal and external communications in alignment with the corporate brand identity.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to forecast potential opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Marketing, Economics and Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar roles, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical industries.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, advertising campaign development, and budget management.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics software, and project management.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in the engineering or construction sectors.
- Knowledge of branding and corporate identity management.
