**Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer - AI Robotics Education**

Its global initiative, the **“International Robotics Competition for Youth,”** is designed to inspire young technology enthusiasts worldwide by offering hands-on experiences in educational robotics and artificial intelligence.

This role is an integral part of the team and directly supports the company’s recruitment goals. By leveraging company-provided resources and platforms, the position focuses on connecting with potential clients, analyzing their needs, and building and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. The role also involves offering professional course recommendations and guidance to help potential students complete trial lessons, enrollments, and course registrations, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell the company’s products.
- Achieve departmental sales targets based on the marketing plan.
- Explore new markets, develop new clients, and expand the product’s reach.
- Collect market information within the assigned region.
- Plan and execute sales activities in the assigned area to meet sales targets.
- Manage and maintain client relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, with proven outstanding performance preferred.
- Quick learner with excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and an approachable demeanor.
- Solid market analysis and judgment capabilities, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

**Working Hours and Location**
- **Working Hours**: Flexible, arranged based on actual needs and mutual agreement.
- **Work Location**: Box Hill, Glen Waverley

**Compensation**
- **Full-time**: Total monthly income ranging from AUD 5,000 to 30,000 (inclusive of base salary and performance-based commissions).
- **Part-time**: Total monthly income is determined based on actual working hours and performance-based commissions.

**Career Development Path**
- **Recruitment Path**: Recruitment Officer → Sales Supervisor → Senior Sales Supervisor/Reserve Sales Manager → Sales Director.
- **Training Path**: Recruitment Officer → Sales Supervisor → Trainer → Training Manager.
- **Transfer Opportunities**: Outstanding performers may rotate to other departments and explore additional career opportunities.
