**ACCOUNTS OFFICER / BOOKKEEPER / INVENTORY CONTROLLER**

Monday to Friday - 5 hour days (Flexible when you work the hours during the day)

Leading manufacturing company in roofing, cladding and guttering products established over 70 years. We pride ourselves on our products and manufacturing techniques and have expanded into Architectural Construction where we specialise in various forms of metal.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Bookkeeping
- Daily processing of customer invoices
- Payment of supplier invoices
- Preparation and Lodgement of BAS, PAYG, Superannuation & Payroll Tax
- Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable queries both verbal and written
- Bank, Balance Sheet and Revenue Reconciliations
- Ensuring Credit and Collection Policies and Procedures are followed
- Ad hoc finance/administration tasks as required by the management team
- Work collaboratively with external accountants and auditors
- Stock purchasing
- Controlling inwards and outwards inventory
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Good mathematical and analytical
- High experienced with MYOB
- Sound knowledge of general accounting principles
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Good verbal, written communication skills and comfortable in dealing with external parties
- Experience in Micronet will be an advantage
- An understanding of stock control and stock control systems
