Commercial Marine Group (CMG) is a marine civil construction/project management company located in Murarrie, Brisbane 4172. The company specialises in marine and underwater construction activities such as pile remediation, subsea inspection and maintenance, salvage and related engineering services.

CMG requires Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the company.

**Required Qualifications**
- An AQF Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); or
- At least ten (10) years of experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

**Required Experience**
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager is essential;
- Must have attained a senior Sales and Marketing Manager role in a significant corporate environment;
- Handled and driven sales up to as high as $1m per month; and
- Experience with liaising with senior managers at the highest levels.

**Relevant duties and responsibilities**
- Provide guidance in the formulation and implementation of comprehensive strategies, emphasising the generation of targets to enhance the organisation's securing of major projects;
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to effectively promote the organisation’s services, targeting a wide audience for increased market visibility;
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting the organisation’s services with an emphasis on creating and reinforcing a strong ‘brand image’ and fostering brand loyalty among customers;
- Direct efforts in formulating and executing strategies to establish and uphold the organisation’s image and reputation;
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, investors, and the broader public;
- Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate all activities related to sales and marketing with the organisation; and
- Ensure efficient integration of resources to achieve short and long-term commercial objectives.

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
