**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join the sales team as a Junior Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the promotion and sale of our IT hardware products to new and existing clients. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to learn about our product offerings, develop sales strategies, and cultivate relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior sales representatives in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for targeted sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an IT sales or customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn about IT hardware products and solutions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:
