**The Opportunity**
- Our small and dynamic finance team provides finance, accounting and payroll services to the business units located in Perth, Sydney and Brisbane. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated accounts professional of a full-time basis to join the team.
- This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accounts and payroll who enjoys task variety in their daily work, interacting and engaging with clients, suppliers and employees and is committed to continuous improvement and learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily bank reconciliations in Xero
- Fortnightly payroll processing including PAYG, Payroll Tax & Super payments
- Processing of accounts payable from PO to invoice to scheduling payments
- Manage employee expense claims
- Daily processing company credit card receipts and reconciliation to statement
- Credit control duties
- Assist with month end reconciliations and internal reporting

- In addition to strong technical accounting and payroll experience, to succeed in this position, you will bring a collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and actively contributing to achieving goals, and be adaptable and energetic. You’re a strong communicator, enjoy building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, have excellent organisational skills, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
- You will bring the following
- A minimum of 3 years commercial accounting experience in all facets of accounts.
- Knowledge of accounts procedures and financial control processes.
- Extensive working knowledge of Xero.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong time management skills, proven ability to multi-task & prioritise workload.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- You naturally question things that don’t look right and have problem-solving mentality
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Accountable, reliable, a person of integrity and a team player.
- Positive, optimistic and solutions-based outlook.
