**Job Summary**:
The Sales Manager based in Victoria will play a pivotal role in propelling sales and revenue growth for our forklift products and services in the region. The primary responsibilities revolve around shaping the sales strategy, nurturing client relationships, and meeting essential performance targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan for forklift products to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, including key accounts and dealers, to comprehend their forklift requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Product Knowledge: Uphold a comprehensive understanding of our forklift portfolio and services to effectively convey their advantages to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other pertinent documentation to the Management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and interaction with Hangcha by swiftly addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in forklift or heavy equipment sales, with a minimum of 8 years in a senior sales role and at least 5 years of management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets and KPIs. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of forklift products and industry trends.
- Results-oriented and driven to stimulate sales growth.
- Willingness to travel within VIC and to other states or territories as necessary.
