
Central Reservations Administrator

**Position overview -**
We are currently seeking a detail-orientated and customer-focused Central Reservations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In your role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating reservations, liaising with travel companies, & working with Civeo Village teams. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless travel booking process, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
**Key responsibilities -**
- Accurately enter and update reservation requests in the system
- Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly client reports
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to meet clients’ needs
- Maintain UpToDate knowledge of our villages and services5:2 either Sunday - Thursday shift; or Tuesday to Saturday shift
**Skills and experience -**
- Previous experience in a high volume reservations or customer service role is preferred
- Preferably commercial / hotel accommodation, hospitality sector industry experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JDE & RMS9 is highly advantageousA sound understanding of data processing, raising purchase orders, and reconciling invoices and time sheets
