**Job Description**:
Join our National Sales team as a Group Reservation and Sales Administrator for Minor Hotel properties across Australia and New Zealand. Based at our Head Office in Brisbane CGB you will be managing high-volume reservations for conferencing, entertainment, sports, corporate and wedding groups.

You will:

- Organise and manage group reservations, by liaising with tour/booking agents
- Manage booking packages and deals offered
- Focus on the conversion of booking enquiries
- Assist with sales admin tasks as required
- Manage group booking organisers and handover to hotel team
- Support the Revenue, onsite MICE Teams and Sales Team as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in CMS is well regarded
- Knowledge of Hotel Front Office operations is desirable
- Have a high level of attention to details and work well under pressure to tight deadlines
- Proven ability to take initiative
- Highly developed communication and relationship building skills
- Effective planning and organisational skills
