**About Asset Services**

The Asset Services Department is committed to providing the highest standard of specialised asset management and engineering maintenance to all of Austin Health’s campuses. Asset Services is part of the Information & Services directorate and is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of all buildings, plant, and specified medical equipment. The department holds accountability for Austin Health’s Facility Maintenance, Biomedical Engineering and Maintenance Service teams.

**About the role**

This position leads and manages the Capital Medical Equipment team for Austin Health to ensure the provision of timely, high quality, cost-effective and efficient services, covering all specified medical assets across our sites.
- You will manage complex medical assets, commercial contracts and their related KPI's;
- Ensure that the Asset Services strategy is aligned with Austin Health’s Strategic Plan and AMAF requirements;
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to develop relationships and provide support, education and guidance to end users of the medical equipment.
