Our Property Services team are now searching for a full-time 
Senior Asset Manager
 to work with us on a major client portfolio.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day property management services, communicating and reporting to stakeholders and reviewing frameworks to ensure our clients' assets are appropriately managed.

Your experience will enable you to provide strategic and operational management of a portfolio including:

  • Ongoing tenancy management including coordination of property inspections, repairs and maintenance, and maintaining property records
  • Administration and financial management, including forecasting, arrears, and reporting
  • Ensuring optimal occupant satisfaction
  • Manage and control essential, planned, reactive and preventative maintenance programs
  • Procurement, management, and coordination of subcontractors
  • Property performance monitoring and reporting
  • Development and execution of sustainability initiatives and value-adding strategies

To deliver the services required for this role, we are seeking someone who:

  • Is passionate about what they do
  • Has a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Has a Certificate IV or Diploma in Property
  • Can ensure processes put in place are followed, and proactively looks to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness continually
  • Brings experience working within tight operational deadlines
  • A track record in adding value to assets and sustainable initiatives
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cirrus8
