The Supply Chain Manager leads the inventory, procurement, and planning teams. Co-ordinating the planning function for the Knoxfield site, the position ensures the facility meets the production plan, Days Of Inventory (DIO), Waste (Coil & Finished Goods), and DIFOT requirements to deliver the customer service offer.

**Key points about this role**:

- Contribute to promoting and reinforcing safe behaviours to protect our people.
- Participate in clear inter departmental collaborative behaviour focused on accountability, problem solving and SLA delivery
- Support both sales and Order Management and Fulfillment colleagues with process improvements and drive efficient solutions to best serve the customer
- Improve team performance through strong leadership, coaching and a clear view of priorities
- Maintain inventory levels and accuracy to target with nil stock-outs
- Influence externally around improvements to relationships and delivery against commitments
- Analyse, assess and maintain key performance indicators around DIFOTIS, inter departmental collaboration and efficient service fulfillment
- Develop measures and targets, in consultation with production management, monitoring efficiencies

**To be considered for this role, we need from you**:

- Extensive planning and purchasing experience in a manufacturing organisation
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, negotiating and influencing
- Demonstrated experience in engaging, developing and leading high performing teams to ensure success
- Purchasing/Supplier Negotiations, Materials Resource Planning and Lean manufacturing
- Team Player, highly Collaborative, supportive of the overall aim of the business
- Outcome focussed, resilient, adaptable & accountable
- Excellent planning, time and priority management skills
- Understanding of demand management and forecasting accuracy
- Experience with an ERP system, Strong PC skills - Word/Excel/Outlook
- Professional in dealing with internal and external customers
- Proactive behaviour to bring new ideas forward for discussion within the group
