**Role**: DC Supervisor - Inventory
As the DC Supervisor - Inventory at Fantastic Furniture, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our distribution center. You'll lead the charge in maintaining accurate stock quantities and locations, overseeing cycle counts, and investigating stock discrepancies. Your guidance and mentorship will shape a high-performing inventory team that embodies our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster a high-performing and engaged Supply Chain team by supporting process compliance and capability.
- Supervise and lead the local inventory team, providing coaching and mentorship for their growth.
- Resolve inventory-related issues promptly and effectively, identifying and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain communication within agreed service level agreements.
- Lead investigations into inventory matters, from discrepancies to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate, resource, and execute bi-annual stock take initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in inventory and broader distribution center operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the Retail/Supply Chain industry.
- Experience working in or managing a Distribution Center.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with prior Team Lead or Management experience.
- Qualifications in an administrative or supply chain-related field are advantageous.
- Strong general administrative skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.
