The Role You will: - Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, and assist in interviews where required - Guide the offer negotiation process, and prepare on boarding paperwork. Ensuring a smooth hand-over - at the latter stages - to IT, Management, and Payroll - Provide recruitment reports on behalf of the team to the HR Director - Play a key role in the integration of recruitment tools & technologies, and work with our H/R project ops team to with a view to continuously improve our ability to deliver a-grade shortlists and hiring practices **Requirements**: What will you bring? - Experience as a recruiter, ideally with some knowledge of the IT/MSP or broader tech space - Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills, will be underpinned by an ability to reprioritise, and succeed under the exciting pressures of a growing IT organisation - You will have an innate ability to flex your approach to a wide array of job-roles and stakeholder needs.
