**About the opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced volume Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Specialist to join one of the best Talent Attraction & Mobility teams in Australia

We are a diverse, welcoming, fun and down to earth bunch. In this key role you will make a significant impact in partnering with hiring leaders to understand role and business requirements, determine sourcing channels and methods, develop advertising, manage and screen applicants and make recommendations. Ideally we are looking for someone based in Victoria but we love hearing from great people, so if you are outside of Victoria, we would still love to hear from you Please apply

You will have the option of working close to home from one of our major facilities. In Victoria, this could be in Tullamarine or Sunshine If you’re a city local our head office is moving from Bourke Street Melbourne to Burnley in June. We love to connect in the office but this looks different for everyone. Full time staff work out of a facility or head office 3 days per week but there is no requirement for it to be consecutive days in a row, we are flexible.

This is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity.

**What you’ll deliver with us**

Reporting into our Talent Attraction & Mobility Manager - StarTrack, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for high-volume award level roles for our Transport division.

**You’ll also**
- Assist with any TA projects including the recruitment for campaigns
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners, providing relevant advice and market insights
- Transport is the lifeblood of our organisation. You will recruit a portfolio where you can make a significant impact to the business and challenge the way we deliver across both StarTrack and Australia Post.

**About you**

**What are we looking for?**
- Well demonstrated experience, performance and capability as a volume Talent Acquisition Consultant/Lead/Business Partner, recruiting end to end, external talent in a TA function or Recruitment agency environment
- Proven track record of excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives and role types as required
- A demonstrated track record in proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with leaders
- Demonstrated resilience and drive when working on hard to fill roles in a challenging market.
