An opportunity has become available to join our fast-paced Online team as an Online Customer Service Administrator.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Manage daily online tasks and job targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction standards are being met personally
- Provide customer service over the phone and internet and ensure customer complaints and returns are handled professionally and in accordance with policy & procedure
- Picking, packing, labelling and checking online orders for dispatch (as necessary)
- Provide support in relation to online orders and stock deliveries
- Data entry
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and safety of the online office area
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested

**KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE**:

- Display a customer first attitude
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed minimum performance requirements
- Maintain an orderly condition of your assigned work area
- Be flexible and cooperative when asked to support other departments and/or job functions
- Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team environment where members are committed to a common set of performance goals and targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where repetitive activity does take place
- Able to work additional hours as required to support the needs of the business and our customers

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE**:

- A high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Good clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills
