An opportunity has become available to join our fast-paced Online team as an Online Customer Service Administrator.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Process customer orders, returns and exchanges
- Provide customer support on order status and deliveries
- Ensure flow of communication within the team and to customers
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and safety of the online office area
- Assist eCommerce and warehouse teams if required
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested

**KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE**:

- Demonstrated experience in an eCommerce environment
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, tools and technologies including Shopify Plus and Shippit
- Display a customer first attitude
- Consistently meet and exceed minimum performance requirements
- Be flexible and cooperative when asked to support other departments and/or job functions
- Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team environment where members are committed to a common set of performance goals and targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where repetitive activity does take place
- Able to work additional hours as required to support the needs of the business and our customers

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE**:

- A high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Good clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills
