**Role responsibilities**:
Provides support to team members and encourages strong communication, knowledge sharing, coaching, positive and collaborative culture. Effectively engage and deliver specialist procurement advice to stakeholders and customers in a professional, timely and courteous manner to foster positive working relationships.
Contribute to the design and ongoing improvement of the procurement governance function of eHealth Contracts & Procurement to ensure the team has leading practices.
Undertake continuous improvement activities through regular reviews of the procurement framework (including relevant tools and processes) using approved information sources to monitor and optimise its effectiveness.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Significant experience in leading, managing and/or coordinating procurement governance matters and capability development activities preferably within large and/or complex organisations.
Possesses an excellent understanding of the end-to-end procurement processes, the underpinning systems (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA or others) and key touchpoints with other key functions such as Finance.
Demonstrated ability to confidently manage multiple stakeholder relationships, foster collaboration and build implicit trust with the stakeholder base.
**Specific Working Conditions**:
While not mandatory QGCPO Level 3 Advanced procurement or Level 4 Strategic Procurement or equivalent would be highly regarded.
