DataDot Technology Group, a leading manufacturer of asset identification and security solutions with a global footprint, is looking for an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to join our team.

We are a highly innovative team, and an employer of choice - operating from state-of-the-art facilities on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We’re looking for a capable, organised, detail-oriented and positive person to join our team.

This important leadership role will oversee the efficient production and dispatch of our Trace and Dot products, ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Supervising and coordinating daily production and dispatch activities.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring efficient use of materials.
- Processing orders in the DataDot software system and ensuring they are handled in a timely manner.
- Training and motivating production staff to achieve their best, maintaining high morale and performance.
- Ensuring that the production environment is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Overseeing the maintenance and calibration of machinery and equipment.
- Providing technical support to customers as needed, including the invoicing of customers.
- Managing raw material sourcing and supporting ongoing development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation.
- Contributing to product development and innovation.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.

**About you**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production or operations environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- A hands-on and solution-oriented approach, with experience in problem-solving and product development.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Genuine team player, with a flexible mindset and approach to work.
- Positive, proactive leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
