Factory Supervisor

**Job Title**: Factory Supervisor (Door Production)

**Location**: Brookvale, Sydney’s Northern Beaches
**Hours**: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 16:00 | Friday: 07:30 to 13:30

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Factory Supervisor to join our team in Brookvale NSW and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. If you have a strong background in manufacturing supervision, a passion for quality, and excellent leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and support a small team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machinery, materials, or production processes.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Experience in door manufacturing (solid core doors, fire rated doors) or construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Current Fork lift license (LF).

Pay: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
