Warehouse Supervisor

Alfresco Emporium is an Australian specialty retailer of lifestyle and dining products. We have physical stores in Collaroy NSW and Bundall QLD and a strong Online Store that caters to customers workdwide, offering a range of high-quality products to enhance their homes.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis. The role is responsible for the overall supervision of the Warehouse operations and team. The role requires organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
**Key responsibilities are**:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Onboard, Train and develop warehouse team members.
- Work with the team to maintain high standards of safety, and inventory accuracy.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
**In order to be successful in obtaining the role you will have**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software. Experience in CIN7, Shopify and Shopify will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of WHS practices
- A forklift licence
