**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, vendor management, and overseeing the safety and security of all warehouse personnel and goods.
- Train and manage a team of warehouse personnel, including scheduling, performance management, and ensuring adherence to Chill's values-driven culture.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure that all warehouse operations align with business objectives and deliver key customer outcomes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory, cost of goods sold, and operational metrics, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- Assist with any other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures, including inventory control and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of personnel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with warehouse management software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A genuine passion for logistics and warehousing, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

**Hours and Rates**:

- 9 hrs average hours per day. (break included)
- Shift times are 9am-6pm weekdays (some weekend work)
- The full-time salary package of $77.5k p.a. + Super + Benefits + Overtime
