**What You’ll Bring**:
You’re an experienced **Care Manager** or **Clinical Manager (RN)** with:

- Current **AHPRA registration (RN Div 1)**:

- Proven leadership in aged care management
- A collaborative, mentoring approach with RNs and care staff
- Strong knowledge of **Aged Care Quality Standards & legislation**:

- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A calm, compassionate leadership style that inspires trust
