**Description**:
‘Gather’ by Cater Care is delighted to be partnering with one of the region's most prestigious schools to provide high quality food services to hungry students. Your leadership skills will be key to the success of this partnership and as such, we are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Site Manager on a permanent full-time basis.
**What the role involves**:
Management of all site contract-scoped catering services
Overall responsibility for all food compliance standards
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs
Lead the adherence to food & safety practices
**Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience leading a team across multi sites (albeit within close proximity)
- Strong relationship and contract management skills
- Ability to influence people at all levels
- Experience within the hospitality sector (in education would be an advantage
