About the Role

As our **NDIS Manager**, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every participant receives the highest quality care and that our organisation thrives. From leading daily operations to driving compliance with NDIS standards, you'll be instrumental in helping Flame Tree Care grow sustainably while staying true to our values of empathy, integrity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

**Leadership & Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of NDIS services, including participant intake, service coordination, and staff management.
- Drive a culture of care, accountability, and continual improvement across the organisation.
- Implement efficient systems and processes, ensuring the organisation is always “audit-ready.”

**Service Excellence**:

- Ensure participants receive personalised, high-quality support that aligns with their goals.
- Foster strong relationships with participants, families, and external stakeholders.
- Model and champion person-centred care in every aspect of service delivery.

**NDIS Compliance & Quality**:

- Maintain up-to-date policies, procedures, and records that meet NDIS standards.
- Address risks proactively while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Stay on top of regulatory requirements to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within healthcare, disability, or aged care.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, healthcare, or social services.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS standards, funding models, and audit processes.
- Experience delivering person-centred services and preparing for NDIS audits.
- Familiarity with NDIS systems, including PRODA.
- Mandatory checks before commencement:

- Paid **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- **NDIS Worker Clearance**:

- Current **First Aid Certificate**:

- Police Check
- Full **Australian Driver’s Licence**
