**What this opportunity involves**:
Based onsite with one of JLL’s biggest clients in Sydney, we are seeking a Community Host responsible for being the point of contact for client visitors and employees and to act as the primary interface between the internal operations of stakeholders and its clients. Providing services to the highest possible standards as well as representing the client and JLL values in appearance, presentation, and manners.
The community host will take ownership and manage the front of house experience, oversee the desired behaviours, help orient and settle new and visiting staff and support the facilities management team in providing a great workplace experience and provide the necessary support for business related events and community-based initiatives.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
To always promote the company in the most favourable light through the highest levels of personal and professional conduct.
To provide a highly efficient and proactive service to the client, its employees, and its visitors.
To ensure that reception services provide a high-profile role model that reflects JLL and the Clients values and which sets the tone for everyone entering the premises, whether they be staff or visitors.
To liaise with employees about all the services offered at reception.
To ensure reception desks, waiting areas and meeting rooms are maintained to highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness.
